You know your stuff, but you don’t yet know how to create a journey. If you’re teaching online, you’ve probably got years of experience. Clients get results when they work with you. But when it comes to taking all that expertise and building something to teach otehrs, it gets fuzzy, fast. And when you need to develop a repeatable process behind what you do, your mind goes blank.

You start with content rather than structure. You open a slide deck and start brain dumping everything you know, in roughly the order it occurs to you. The result is a course that reflects how you think rather than a clear pathway that gets someone else the result.

The strongest courses aren’t designed around modules. They’re intentionally built by identifying a signature system that underpins everything. It’s a sequence, framework, method or model that describes how you get people from problem to result, and only then, we design the curriculum around it.
The system might already half exist in your head as ‘the way I always approach it.’ It might live in scattered notes, a process you’ve never written down, or a set of principles you use all the time without naming them. The purpose of the Consult is to pull all this out, name it properly and pressure test it until it holds together as something teachable.
From there, we do a lot more than plan ‘what to cover.’ We map the pathway. The stages a learner moves through, the tangible things they produce along the way and how each one gets them one step closer to the result.

What is The Course Consult?
It’s designed to give you direction and solid structure you need before building your course. Together, we turn your expertise into a clear curriculum, with a defined method, a logical pathway and tangible outcome.
Do I need to already have a framework or named method?
No. You may already have a named system, model or framework, but you don’t need to. If your process lives in your head, we’ll draw it out, including the decisions, principles and sequence you use with clients every day, and shape it into a clear method you can teach and own.
What if I have lots of ideas but no clear structure?
This is exactly what The Course Consult is designed to help with. You might have diagrams, principles, notes and content ideas but no structure holding them together. We’ll work through what you have, identify the underlying method, and organise it into a coherent learning pathway.
How do you decide what should be included in my course?
We start with the result your learner is paying for, and work backwards. We identify the stages they need to move through to get there and determine what they need to know and what they need to do. The curriculum is built around micro learning, progress and outputs, with theory serving the work rather than becoming the course itself.
