You’ve probably felt it. You invest thousands into a programme that’s supposed to change everything, for your business, learners and reputation, and it just…doesn’t deliver. The content is thin. The structure is an afterthought. Nobody involved seems to have thought about what the learner needs to walk away with.
That’s exactly what our Founders were fed up with when they started Elevate. Two friends, both frustrated by the same thing. Watching mass produced, cookie cutter online education let people down again and again, while the people paying for it, training providers, coaches, educators, took all the risk. So we decided to do something about it.
15 Years. 350+ programmes, and counting
Since then, we’ve been hands on in the build of more than 350 online programmes. We’re not talking about advising from a distance, we mean genuinely getting stuck into the planning, curriculum development, writing materials, assessment design and the build on the LMS itself.
A lot of that work has been to formal awarding body standards, think CPD, City and Guilds, AQA, NCFE, OCR, OCN and others, which means we understand not just what makes a course good, but what makes it accreditable.
We’ve worked with training providers, coaches, consultants, and educators, and our average client sticks with us for five years. We think this says a lot more about how we work than any pitch ever could.

Lotan’s background is a world away from curriculum maps and awarding body specs, he built his name in social media, becoming one of the most sought after voices in the industry before stepping into the spotlight himself, building a strong personal brand online.
Today his focus is on LaidBare Lifestyle Coaching, his own thriving coaching business. At Elevate, Lotan plays a strategic role, a sounding board and a second pair of eyes on the direction of the business, bringing an outsiders instinct for what resonates and what doesn’t.
The day to day delivery is firmly Rachael’s world, but Lotans imprint is definitely felt in the bigger business decisions.

We won’t sign off any consulting work unless it does one thing. Hands the learner a result. And we don’t mean a nice completion certificate. It’s a tangible outcome, something they can walk away with and point to. A document they’ve created. A system they can now run. A belief they’ve shifted. A skill they can put into practice tomorrow and demonstrate competence. the moment where someone looks at their learning journey and thinks, I really did that!
It sounds obvious but it isn’t. So much online education is built with content first rather than the outcome that needs to be reached. We teach you to build differently. Every module, assessment and piece of content must answer one question. What will this give the learner? If we can’t answer this clearly, it doesn’t make the final programme, no matter how good it looks on paper.
